A friend recently recommended that I join Bookbub, which sends you emails with a list of free or bargain bestselling ebooks. All you have to do is list the genres you like, as well as some authors and then you receive an email once or twice a week with recommendations. So, if this is something that interests you, you best join asap.
So one of the authors that I love is Marian Keyes and because of this, Bookbub, recommended that I try Savannah Page, who writes a series called When Girlfriends. So, I bought the first 3 ebooks , which included: When Girlfriends Break Hearts, When Girlfriends Step Up and When Girlfriends Make Choices. And I got all these for only 99c…and I can say that is the best money I have spent on ebooks in a while. I loved them! But, you need to enjoy easy reading Chick Lit, otherwise you will find them so boring and terrible!
For me, they are the perfect way to end my day, reading about what all the girls are getting up to and each book is written from the perspective of one of the girlfriends. They will always make an awesome holiday or beach read, which is why I originally bought them!
I find that Savannah Page’s writes from the heart and her writing is fast paced, easy to follow and fun. These books make you realise how lucky you are to have girlfriends in your life, even if they drive you nuts sometimes or are far away. It is the special bond that you share that makes your friendship strong and infallible.
