OREO encourages fans to Open Up their hearts to others

Can you believe that OREO is celebrating its 104th birthday…that means we have been eating this delicious cookie all our lives (well at least my life). And the best part, it tastes as delicious now as it did then!

Celebrating the kid inside of us all and inspiring moments of openness and curiosity, is what OREO does best, and is what led to the development of the latest Wonderfilled campaign, Open Up with OREO. I’m sure you have seen the awesome TV ad…I just love it! Incase you haven’t seen it – here is a summary: The TV ad features upbeat vocals by Adam Lambert and is set against the backdrop of a playfully diverse roller rink. The story follows a young girl inspiring those around her to look inside themselves to let a little bit of wonder out and, in turn, let others in. In the ad, an OREO biscuit is the catalyst for the characters to open up to each other. It’s really cute, so keep a look out for it!

This enchanting campaign is being executed in more than 50 countries across the world and the best part is, us, South African fans have not been left out. The campaign shares the positive message of asking us to open up our hearts to others while offering the chance to win one of 3 family trips to New York City worth R200 000 each.

Building on the sense of childlike wonder, a series of Wonderfilled activations are taking place at shopping centres in JHB, PTA & CT.
