Competition: LINDT Chocolate Fondant

Decadence just got a whole lot easier, thanks to LINDT CREATION and Yuppiechef’s Indulgent Chocolate Creations online course. It explores and teaches you how to make some of the delicious chocolatey dessert recipes that inspired the indulgent LINDT CREATION range and it’s presented by the LINDT Master Chocolatier himself, Dimo Simatos.

The course costs R285, and is worth every cent as you will have access a whole load of tips, tricks and techniques. And the recipes are so decadent and divine, including Crème Brûlée Profiteroles, Swiss Truffle Tortes and Milk Chocolate & Salted Caramel Mousses. That is just to name a few…there are loads more! And the best part, it is a six-part online course that can be completed at your own pace, and is accessible via PC, smartphone or tablet.

Competition:

To mark the launch of this new online course, I was challenged by LINDT to create my ultimate  LINDT Chocolate Fondant. Which I did and couldn’t decide on one flavour so I made two…see my post here!

So now I am challenging you to create your ultimate LINDT Chocolate Fondant… by coming up with their own unique spin on this classic dessert. You can use any flavour combo that takes your fancy!

    Please let me know how to make these fondant cakes and the small techniques which we should take care before making these cakes to make minimal blunders and to have best outcome.
